Apa yang bisa dilakukan Make a Wi-Fi QR code
What the code actually contains
A standard Wi-Fi payload: WIFI:T:WPA;S:YourNetwork;P:yourpassword;H:false;; — the format iOS and Android cameras have understood for years. Characters that would break that format in your password (backslash, semicolon, quote, colon) are escaped automatically, so a password like my;pass"word still scans. Pick WPA for both WPA2 and WPA3 home networks, WEP for old routers, or Open for a network with no password at all.
A card by the door, not a poster on the street
The classic use is a small printed card taped inside the front door of a flat, a café table, or a workshop, so nobody has to spell out a 20-character password. Worth being clear-eyed about what that card is: your password in plain text, readable by anyone who can photograph it. For anything semi-public, put guests on the guest network of your router and make the QR from that.
Where it will not work
Hidden networks are out — the code always says H:false, so a phone will not search for an SSID that is not broadcasting. Enterprise Wi-Fi with a username and certificate (the kind universities and offices use) has no place in this format either. And the code is frozen at the moment you generate it: change the password and every printed card is dead paper.

Which encryption types are supported?
WPA/WPA2, WEP, and open networks (no password). There is no separate WPA3 entry — choose WPA, which is what phones expect for a normal home router.
Does the password leave my device?
No. Generation happens locally in your browser.
Does it work for a hidden network?
No. The payload marks the network as visible, so a phone scanning the code looks for a broadcasting SSID and gives up if it does not find one.
I changed the Wi-Fi password — does the old QR still work?
No. The password is baked into the image, not fetched from anywhere. Generate a new code and replace the printed one.
