Cara pakai
Choose a WebP. The output is JPG with a quality slider at 92%. WebP can carry transparency and JPG cannot, so transparent areas are painted white here rather than coming out black; the desktop is where you choose a different colour.

JPG is accepted almost everywhere for photos.
Roughly the same size, sometimes larger
Do not expect a saving. WebP is the more efficient of the two formats, so a JPG at comparable quality usually lands about the same or somewhat bigger; when the output does come out larger than the input, the result line says so. Both are lossy, so this is a re-encode of an already-compressed image — one more generation of loss, small at 92% but not zero. Convert for compatibility, and compress separately if size is the actual problem.
Who still needs a .jpg
Forms that validate by extension, government and university portals, print labs, older photo managers, and anything running on a machine that stopped getting updates years ago. JPG comes with no support question attached — that is the entire reason to move a perfectly good WebP into it.

What happens to transparency?
JPG has no transparency — transparent areas become a solid background color you can choose before converting.
Can I convert several WebP files together?
Up to 30 at a time here, returned as one ZIP. Batch output to JPG always sits on white, so a file whose transparency matters is better converted on the desktop, where the colour is yours to pick.
