What Extract PDF Pages can do
The range syntax, exactly
Type 1,3-5 and you get pages 1, 3, 4, and 5 in one new file. Spaces are ignored, 5-3 is read the same as 3-5, a page listed twice is only included once, and a number past the end of the document is quietly dropped rather than throwing an error. The output is always in ascending order, so typing 9,2 still produces page 2 followed by page 9.

The pages you pick are copied into a fresh document — nothing is re-rendered into images, so text stays selectable and searchable and the visual quality is byte-identical to the original. The result is named after your file with the range appended, like contract-pages-1,3-5.pdf, which is handy when you extract several different sets from the same source.
Limitations
Encrypted PDFs will not open. The file must fit in the tab: 100 MB on desktop, 50 MB on phones and tablets. This page only pulls pages out in their existing order — if you also need to reorder, rotate, or delete, Organize PDF gives you a drag-and-drop board of page thumbnails instead.

Can I pick page ranges?
Yes. Type them as 1,3-5 — single pages and ranges can be mixed in one line, and the full app in nopa also shows page thumbnails you can tick.
Does page order stay the same?
Yes — extracted pages keep the order they had in the original PDF.
Are my PDFs uploaded?
Processing runs in your browser — your files stay on your device.
Can I also reorder or rotate the pages I pull out?
Not on this page — it only builds a new file from the pages you pick, in their original order. For reordering, rotating, or deleting too, use Organize PDF.
